Ryan Reynolds' Maximum Effort Lands a First-Look Deal with FuboTV For Unscripted Content

Ryan Reynolds’ Maximum Effort production company just closed an exclusive multi-year first-look deal with the streaming television service, FuboTV for unscripted content. This deal will include the launch of Maximum Effort Network, “a linear channel on FuboTV, and will also have a blind scripted deal with Fubo TV.” Maximum Effort Productions will have creative control over the channel’s content.

That sounds like a pretty cool deal! There’s no doubt that Reynolds and his team are going to have a lot of fun with this opportunity. Reynolds said in a statement:

I’m curious to see what kind of project they develop for FuboTV. If any of them look good, maybe I’ll give the TV streaming service a try.

Maximum Effort Productions is also under a three-year first-look development deal with Paramount Pictures announced in May of 2021 for feature projects.
