Ryan Reynolds Says There's a Batch of DEADPOOL 3 Updates Coming Soon

Marvel fans are still wondering what’s going on with Deadpool 3. We know that Ryan Reynolds has been working on the film with Kevin Feige, and Feige said that "the script is in the works and Ryan is working very hard on it with our writers as we speak."

Bob's Burgers writers Wendy Molyneaux and Lizzie Molyneaux-Loeglin have taken on the task of writing the script for the third film, taking over from screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick who penned the first two movies in the series.

There haven’t been many updates on the project, but that’s going to change. According to Reynolds, there’s going to be a batch of updates coming soon. During a recent interview with Collider, Reynolds asked if he has talked to director Shawn Levy about possibly working on Deadpool 3. Levy recently worked on The Adam Project with Reynolds. That’s when the actor said:

“We pretty much talk about everything, but I'll say this about that particular subject is I'll have a batch of updates on that sooner rather than later, I hope. So I'll be able to get into stuff about Deadpool a little bit more clearly and definitively down the road.”

Hopefully, when these details come, they will be good ones that will get fans pumped up for what is being planned. When previously talking about working on the film, Reynolds said:

“It’s something that is just a daily process. Writing is kind of like that, you’ve gotta allot time to do it and walk away, and I’m working with the Molyneuxs on it, it’s been great. They’re incredibly talented and so, so smart. They so understand that world and know how to zig when everyone’s expecting a zag, so it’s been a lot of fun.”

It’s going to be interesting to see how Marvel handles Deadpool in the MCU and how the character will be introduced into this epic cinematic universe.
