Ryan Reynolds' Time-Travel Adventure Movie Moves From Paramount to Netflix

Netflix has picked up another film from Paramount Pictures, which apparently likes sell its film projects to the streaming service. The movie they sold is Ryan Reynolds’ time-travel adventure thriller that was at one point titled Our Name Is Adam.

The movie comes from director Shawn Levy (Stranger Things, Free Guy), and Reynolds takes on the role of a man “who must travel back in time to get help from his 13-year-old self. Together, they encounter their late father, who is now the same age as Reynolds' character.”

The project is set up at Skydance, and the script was written by Jonathan Tropper. The movie is also set to start production in November in Vancouver. The project was originally set up at Paramount in 2012 and Tom Cruise was actually attached to the star in it at one point.
