Samuel L. Jackson and Ryan Reynolds To Star in a New Animated Comedy Series Called FUTHA MUCKA
Samuel L. Jackson and Ryan Reynolds are teaming up to star in and executive produce a new animated comedy series being developed for Quibi titled Futha Mucka.
The logline for the series reads: “Samuel L. Jackson and Ryan Reynolds love each other. More accurately, Ryan loves Sam. When a minor mishap causes Sam to become Ryan’s primary caregiver, things get weird.”
This certainly sounds like it’s going to be an interesting, offbeat, and unusual comedy. It sounds like something that I’d enjoy, but unfortunately, it’s going to that Quibi streaming service, which I don’t subscribe to.
The series is being created and executive produced by Jim and Brian Kehoe (Blockers), who will also serve as showrunners. The animation production company Titmouse will also be creating the animation for the series.
