Samuel L. Jackson is Ready to Wield His Purple Lightsaber Again
It has been roughly 14 years since Samuel L. Jackson wielded his purple lightsaber in a Star Wars film. Even with such a long break, Jackson is ready to don the robes of the Jedi again, even if it were for a Mace Windu origin story. Jackson recently told CB:
“Well, we’ve got Lola [VFX], they’ve got Lola, it’s theirs, let’s see what happens. I’m down with it. I’ve still got my purple lightsaber, I’m ready.”
It should be noted that there are currently no rumors about a Mace Windu film or series. Jackson is just vocal about his desire to return to a galaxy far, far away. Personally, I thought Windu was cool, but I’m ready to explore new characters and stories instead of just revisiting what we know. What do you think though? Do you want more Mace Windu in your life?
