Samuel L. Jackson Reminds Us That Nick Fury Was Always a Badass in New CAPTAIN MARVEL Promo and a "Moment" TV Spot

Marvel has released a couple new promos to get fans pumped up about Captain Marvel. The first features Samuel L. Jackson reminding us that Nick Fury has always been effortlessly cool. This is definitely one of the more playful and amusing promos, because Jackson is having a lot of fun with it. I also included a new TV spot called “Moment” that you might enjoy checking out. Both promo videos offer up some new footage from the film.

Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom. 

The movie stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Jude Law as Yon-Rogg, Gemma Chan as Minn-Erva, Annette Bening as the Supreme Intelligence, Djimon Hounsou as Korath, Clarke Gregg as Agent Coulson, Lashana Lynch as Maria Rambeau, Ben Mendelsohn as Talos, and Goose the cat.

Captain Marvel is being directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck (Mississippi Grind) and is set to be released on March 8th, 2019.
