In most of the scuffles Imperial stormtroopers get into with the Rebel Alliance, they appear to have terrible aim. Pretty much the only time they've showed any type of precision was in the offscreen murders of Luke’s aunt and uncle and the Jawas that picked up R2-D2 and C-3PO — though, many fan theories surmise that Boba Fett actually killed Luke’s adoptive parents. In this video by Brotherhood Workshop (released by HISHE), Obi Wan explains to Luke that Tusken Raiders have much, much worse aim.
