SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE Releases More STAR WARS Auditions Left on The Cutting Room Floor

Saturday Night Live wrapped up its 41st season a couple of weeks ago, and although there were some pretty major duds, there were also some great episodes this season as well. (So, despite the people who say "SNL hasn't been good in years," it's basically the same ratio as every other season.) One of the more memorable sketches (for geeks, anyway) was the Star Wars audition video they did just before The Force Awakens came out, and now SNL has released some outtakes and bonus footage from that sketch that was left on the cutting room floor.

Like the SNL season as a whole, this has a lot of highs and lows. The highs? John Boyega doing his interpretation of an "urbanized Stormtrooper," Matthew McConaughey's take on Lando, "Shia LaBeouf," and Jon Hamm. Check it out:
