Savage Trailer For The New Korean Action Thriller DELIVER US FROM EVIL
I’ve been seeing incredible films coming out of South Korea for years. The talented filmmakers over there have been making some great entertainment and thanks to films like Parasite, people are finally starting to notice. They are telling awesome stories and the cinematography of many of these films that I’ve seen is exceptional work.
We’ve got a new trailer to share with you for a brutal new action crime-thriller coming out of Korea titled Deliver Us From Evil, which comes from writer and director Hong Won-Chan (Office). As you’ll see, it looks like it’s going to be a great film that features some cool action!
The story follows the “desperate struggle of a man who is about to lose everything he wants to keep safe from the last contract killing. Hit man In-nam (Hwang Jung-min) completes what he believes to be his last mission only to find himself being chased by “butcher” Ray (Lee Jung-jae). Upon learning of a kidnapping case in Thailand, In-nam heads to Bangkok. Ray, who believes In-nam is behind his brother's death, follows him there.”
The film is set to open in Korea sometime this summer. There's still no official US release date. Watch the trailer and let us know what you think.
