Scorpina Is Finally Available in POWER RANGERS: BATTLE FOR THE GRID

Power Rangers fans have been given a treat before Christmas. Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid has received the third character from the third season DLC. She comes after Lauren Shiba and RJ and is a welcome addition to the game. It’s fun to have another new villain, and Scorpina’s a fan favorite. In case you don’t recognize her, Scorpina was a villain in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers who would disappear from the show for long stretches before returning for an episode or two, but she always gave the Rangers a run for their money before being defeated.

Scorpina is a fearsome opponent no matter the situation, proving deadly on the ground or in the air. Befitting her arachnid nature, she’s able to utilize her speed and dexterity to turn the entire arena to her advantage, peppering the ground with poisonous mines or stabbing opponents with scorpion-like strikes from the air. Even when at range, Scorpina can close the gap with her deadly boomerang or teleportation powers. And, when up close, her lighting fast strikes and gliding aerial movements can keep any opponent locked down.

You can play as Scorpina now in Battle for the Grid on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One for $5.99 or as part of Season Pass 3 for $14.99.
