Sean Astin and Jeremy Piven Star in Horror Thriller VINDICTA; Acquired by Paramount’s Republic Pictures
Sean Astin and Jeremy Piven have shot a new serial killer horror thriller titled Vindicta, with director Sean McNamara (Soul Surfer), and the project was recently picked up by Paramount’s Republic Pictures.
In the movie: “When a city is terrorized by a sadistic serial killer, a seasoned detective and a newly recruited paramedic are forced into a deadly game of vengeance, only to discover the key to stopping the bloodshed lies in unlocking the truth of their own haunted pasts.”
Producer Steven Paul said in a statement: “Vindicta is a story about the depths to which we sink to get revenge. We have a great cast and crew that have worked incredibly hard to make a spine-chilling movie that will haunt you in all the best ways.”
The film also stars Elena Kampouris (My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3, Children of the Corn), Travis Nelson, Daniel Cudmore, Jamie Callica, Bradley Stryker, and Karo Cubitt.
