Sebastian Stan Set to Play Harvey Dent in Matt Reeves' Sequel THE BATMAN: PART II

Marvel actor Sebastian Stan has signed on to jump over to the DC side of comics to star in the upcoming sequel The Batman: Part II opposite Robert Pattinson as the Dark Knight, and Stan’s fellow MCU actor Scarlett Johansson, who will be playing an undisclosed role.

Colin Farrell will be returning as Oz Cobb (aka The Penguin), with Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner James Gordon and Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth. Barry Keoghan is also expected to appear once more as the Joker.

The Batman Part II isn’t officially part of the newly relaunched DCU, it is still being developed under James Gunn and Peter Safran’s DC Studios banner.

The plot for the film is being kept under wraps. The Batman: Part II is expected to begin shooting next spring for an October 2027 theatrical release from Warner Bros. Stay tuned for updates.
