See STAR WARS Characters Enjoying Their Day Off

Let’s pause here to ponder what Star Wars characters do while they are on vacation enjoying their day off. Are they real hard workers who keep destroying stars or traveling through galaxies despite the fact that they are given a chance to embrace their free time? Are they staying in bed until late, reading Cosmo? Or are they simply fixing their droids?

Well, we have the answers thanks to the creativity of Kyle Hagey. The artist reveals a series of portraits which gives us a glimpse of a biiiiiit more relaxed version of Star Wars characters’ lives.

Hagey said:

Not sure why I made these. I guess I was just confused why everyone is fighting all the time.

It takes about a month to make one. Sometimes longer. But they’re really fun so I like to go slow and play around with different ideas, and flowers, and junk even if they’re mostly dead ends.

All the images are 100% CGI. I used nothing but computers and coffee to make them.
