SEINFELD's "Death by Envelope" Theory Put to The Test

If you follow my articles at all, you know I'm a fan of Mathew Patrick's Game Theory and Film Theory channels on YouTube. This week he posted a video that tests how realistic the Seinfeld Season 7 Finale is. If you're not obsessed with the "Show About Nothing" or haven't already binge-watched it all on Hulu, the episode ends with George Costanza's fiance dropping dead from licking the glue on old, discontinued envelopes. In classic internet over-thinking fashion, MatPat dives into the science of whether or not licking envelopes could poison an adult female, and just how many envelopes it would take to cause death.

And yet, for it being about nothing, there are SO MANY memorable moments throughout the show's nine seasons, from the Soup Nazi to The Contest.
