Set Photos From Marvel's IRONHEART Series Feature Riri William's Armor and Anthony Ramos as the Hood
Marvel Studios is currently in production on Ironheart and some behind the scenes photos from the set have surfaced. They offer a first look at the Ironheart armor that Dominique Thorne’s character Riri William will be wearing in the movie. There are also some shots of Anthony Ramos as the Marvel villain known as The Hood, who finds a magical cloak that grants him mystical powers. You can check out those images below:
The story follows Riri Williams, a 15-year old engineering genius and the creator of the most advanced suit of armor since Iron Man. In the comics, Williams attends the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she develops her own Iron-Man armor suit. This catches the eye of Tony Stark, who supports her efforts and helps her grow.
There are major story elements in Riri’s origin story that will be changed for the series as Tony Stark is dead in the MCU. One thing we do know is that the Riri Williams character will be introduced to the MCU in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
I like the Ironheart character from the comics, hopefully, this MCU adaptation will be just as interesting.
Ryan Coogler’s production company, Proximity is producing the series and Chinaka Hodge serves as the head writer. The series also stars Lyric Ross (This is Us) and Alden Ehrenreich (Solo).
