SHAZAM! Doesn't Known Anything About This Caped Crusader Stuff in New TV Spot
Warner Bros. has released a new TV spot for Shazam! in which the hero admits that he doesn’t know anything about “this Caped Crusader stuff.”
For the most part, fans seem to be enjoying the footage that has been released for the movie. I’m convinced that the movie is going to be super entertaining. It’s going to be filled with all kinds of wicked cool action and funny humor.
The hype for the movie is building and I have high hopes for it. Check out the new trailer below:
We all have a superhero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson’s (Asher Angel) case, by shouting out one word—SHAZAM!—this streetwise 14-year-old foster kid can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam (Zachary Levi), courtesy of an ancient wizard. Still a kid at heart—inside a ripped, godlike body—Shazam revels in this adult version of himself by doing what any teen would do with superpowers: have fun with them! Can he fly? Does he have X-ray vision? Can he shoot lightning out of his hands? Can he skip his social studies test? Shazam sets out to test the limits of his abilities with the joyful recklessness of a child. But he’ll need to master these powers quickly in order to fight the deadly forces of evil controlled by Dr. Thaddeus Sivana (Mark Strong).
Shazam! was directed by Annabelle's David F. Sandberg and also stars Mark Strong as Dr. Thaddeus Sivana, Djimon Hounsou as The Wizard, Jack Dylan Grazer as Freddy Freeman, Asher Angel as Billy Batson, Grace Fulton as Mary Bromfield, Ross Butler, Adam Brody, and Michelle Borth.
Shazam! will be released on April 5th, 2019.
