SHAZAM! FURY OF THE GODS Behind-the-Scenes Teaser Reveals First Look at New Characters
A new Shazam! Fury of the Gods behind-the-scenes teaser was released today at the DC FanDome event, and it gave us our first look at the new cast members in the Shazam! sequel, and gave fans a taste of the grand scale which the film is built upon.
Asher Angel and Zachary Levi as Billy Batson and Shazam!; Jack Dylan Grazer and Adam Brody as Freddy; Faithe Herman and Meagan Good as Darla; Ian Chen and Ross Bulter as Eugene; Jovan Arman and D.J. Cotrona as Pedro; Marta Milans, and Cooper Andrews, as well as Grace Fulton, and sequel villains Helen Mirren as Hespera and Lucy Liu as Kalypso.
Shazam! Fury of the Gods will continue the story of teenage Billy Batson, who upon reciting the magic word “SHAZAM!” is struck by the Living Lightning of the gods and transformed into his adult superhero alter ego, Shazam. He has the powers of six gods: the wisdom of Solomon, the strength of Hercules, the stamina of Atlas, the power of Zeus, the courage of Achilles, and the speed of Mercury.
