Sinemia Will Make Your Dinner and a Movie Date Even Cheaper
MoviePass’ biggest competitor is probably Sinemia. Sinemia offers subscribers anywhere from 1 to 3 movie tickets a month. Sinemia works at a lot of different theaters across the nation and they don’t seem to limit which movies you can see, only how many.
It also just added a new feature that is sure to win over some consumers. They have partnered with Restaurants.com to give subscribers $25 in e-gift cards a month for restaurants near you. A lot of people like going to dinner and a movie and Sinemia has just made both parts of the equation a lot cheaper.
The one catch is that you do have to make sure that Sinemia and Restaurants.com have locations in your area. For instance, I just checked and according to their websites, there’s nothing in my area yet. Hopefully, that changes soon as this sounds like a sweet deal!
