Sinister Trailer for the Human Trafficking Survival Horror Thriller CAPTORS

Lionsgate has released a chilling trailer for an upcoming human trafficking survival horror thriller titled Captors. This movie actually looks it tells a pretty messed up story.

In the film, “a human trafficking victim who narrowly escaped her captors ten years ago - confronts her traumatic past when a relative leaves her his remote, snowbound mansion. Although the new house first presents the promise of a new chapter in her life, Alys is soon besieged by strange hallucinations and deadly adversaries and must fight to survive while keeping her sanity intact.”

So, this poor young woman goes from one horrific experience to another. Yulia Klass stars as the lead character Alys, and she is joined by Bruce Davison, Josh Kelly, Michelle Burke, Michael Paré, Mark Rolston, and Ken Garito.

Captors was directed by James Cullen Bressack, who has previously helmed some of those terrible low-budget films starring Bruce Willis like Fortress and Survive the Game. This movie actually looks like it tells an interesting story, though.

Lionsgate will release Captors direct-to-VOD and DVD starting on May 24th, 2022.
