Skybound Celebrating Local Comic Shop Day With THE WALKING DEAD DELUXE, KROMA, and I HATE THIS PLACE Exclusives

Skybound has announced three new exclusive limited edition covers debuting as part of Local Comic Shop Day on November 23. Available exclusively in comic shops they will be variant covers for The Walking Dead Deluxe #50, Kroma #1, and I Hate This Place Volume 1. 

The Walking Dead variant will feature Charlie Adlard’s wraparound cover with a full foil treatment. The presentation in a stunning full color will also feature another installment of “Cutting Room Floor” and creator commentary from Robert Kirkman, Charlie Adlard, and Dave McCaig.

The variant cover for Kroma #1 will help launch the series from Lorenzo De Felici and features his main series cover with a matte lamination and spot gloss enhancement. Imprisoned in a tower in the walls of the Pale City, Kroma lives her days in darkness believing she is the most evil creature alive. When a mysterious orphan named Zet sees Kroma for the human she is, they will risk certain death beyond the walls to overcome the cruel fate of Kroma.

I Hate This Place Volume 1 variant cover will feature the logo to the original title “Fuck This Place”. After inheriting a farmhouse, Trudy and Gabby are ready to start their lives together. The only problem is the house is already home to a mysterious force that’s attracted ghosts, aliens, and all kinds of supernatural beings. Now they must play by the “house rules” to survive their stay.
