Small Town Action Thriller HELLFIRE Ignites in New Trailer with Stephen Lang, Dolph Lundgren, and Harvey Keitel

Saban Films has released the trailer for Hellfire, a gritty, small town action thriller that has been sitting on the shelf for a few years. Directed by genre mainstay Isaac Florentine, the film was shot back in 2022 and is now heading straight to VOD this February.

For fans of stripped-down revenge stories and lone wolves taking on entire towns, this one looks like it could hit the right notes.

The story centers on a haunted drifter who wanders into a forgotten Southern town that’s been completely swallowed by corruption. Crime runs everything, the sheriff is on the take, and the locals are trapped under the thumb of people who don’t care who gets hurt.

When the violence escalates, the drifter decides he’s had enough and goes to war with everyone standing in his way, hoping to claw back some sense of justice and maybe save what little soul the town has left.

Leading the charge is Stephen Lang, who plays the Nameless Man, an ex Green Beret carrying a lot of scars and zero patience for bullies. Lang looks intense here, tearing through the town with a purpose.

He’s joined by Dolph Lundgren, Harvey Keitel, Scottie Thompson, Johnny Yong Bosch, Michael Sirow, Chris Mullinax, Natalie Canerday, and Maurice Compte.

The official synopsis reds: “An haunted ex–Green Beret drifter (Stephen Lang) arrives in the Southern town of Rondo, controlled by a ruthless criminal syndicate and used as a drug trafficking hub.

“Witnessing the oppression and violence inflicted on the innocent residents, he turns against the corrupt sheriff and the powerful Whittfield clan. A merciless fight for life, freedom, and justice ensues—with consequences that could leave the entire town in flames...”

Hellfire is set to debut on direct-to-VOD on February 17th, 2026.
