SOLO Spin-Off Series Rumored for Disney+

The movie Solo: A Star Wars Story was considered a flop according to the money making machine, Disney. However, it is a movie that I truly love and I was hurt to find out that the fans didn’t really take to it. Come to find out, upon further viewings, fans are finally seeing what I the first time I saw it.

It turns out that Disney also sees the value of the world they created in that movie according to Star Wars Unity:

While we’ll probably not see a sequel or continuation of Han’s story, I’ve heard a rumor that some kind spin-off set after the events of the movie is being developed as a Disney+ series. As it probably wouldn’t be about Han, Chewie, or Lando; some kind of underworld series dealing with the Crimson Dawn and other scoundrels sounds the most likely.

Disney+ is slowly becoming my favorite streaming service, and it hasn’t even dropped yet. As much as I loathe the fact that the main characters aren’t going to be in it, I am really excited to find out about the Crimson Dawn and how Darth Maul fits into it.

At this point there isn’t any validity to this rumor, but I am hoping there is some truth to it. Let us know what you think.
