Some of My Favorite JACKBOX GAMES for Quarantine Fun

During these times of social distancing, a lot of people have been looking for ways to connect and play games together. One of those ways has been through Jackbox Games. The team over at Jackbox have been kind and sent me some codes for some of the games and some of my friends had additional games for us to play, and I thought I’d share some of my favorite ones for you to try. One of the great things is that only one person needs the game and then everyone else can join via their phones or tablets. What’s your favorite game?

Quiplash 2

This is a fun game where you and all the other players are given prompts where you try to provide the best answer for people to vote on. Then, the prompts will pop up and everyone will pick between two different answers. This provides some hilarious moments for you and your friends to laugh about.

Drawful 2

This one might be my favorite. Basically, every player is given something to draw. Then, the pictures are shown one at a time and all players except the artist are to create captions for it. Then, everyone votes for which caption they thin is the correct one based on the drawing. Depending on your creativity and drawing abilities, this game lends itself to ridiculously hilarious moments.

Trivia Murder Party

This game is a lot of fun, but can also be quite frustrating. It’s your standard trivia game where ridiculously niche questions are asked that no one actually knows the answer to and you must answer correctly or your sock puppet character is murdered. This becomes fun with the right people, but still gets annoying as it’ll be a shock if anyone actually knows the answers and aren’t just blindly guessing.

Guesspionage

In this game, you’re asked a question about what percentage of something fits a criteria. Then, the other players have to guess whether you’re answer is too high or too low. It’s an interesting game that I found a lot more fun than I originally thought.

Patently Stupid

Here’s one that proved to give everyone a good laugh. Basically, each player creates a ridiculous problem and then someone else has to create an invention and design it. People then vote on their favorite inventions. The problems created can be amazing and then it’s a lot of fun to see the creativity of the invention designs.
