Sony and Marvel Announce Two New SPIDER-MAN Universe Movie Release Dates

Sony and Marvel have announced two new Spider-Man Universe movies release dates that are headed our way, both of which will screen in IMAX. One "Untitled Sony/Marvel" movie is now dated for November 8, 2024, a date that was previously occupied by Marvel Studios' Deadpool 3 before it was moved up earlier this week. A second "Untitled Sony/Marvel Live Action" movie is dated for June 27, 2025.

There are no details provided at this time as to which films these will be, but you may have noticed that the first film is not specified as live-action, whereas the second film is. That could mean we are seeing Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse getting moved to a new date, or it could be a different project altogether. Or maybe it’s not animated, and we will see Madame Web get pushed back. The live-action slot could be for Venom 3, starring Tom Hardy, Juno Temple, and Chiwetel Ejiofor, or possibly the Tom Holland sequel Spider-Man 4 that is in the works.

There are several possibilities. What Spider-Man Universe movies are you most looking forward to?
