Sony Is Releasing an Extended Cut of Marvel's SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME in Theaters
If you are a fan of Spider-Man: Far From Home and you’ve been meaning to see it again, Sony Pictures is releasing an extended cut of the film for fans to enjoy.
This extended cut will be released in theaters on Thursday, August 29th. What will it include? It will feature four minutes of extra footage, which includes a never-before-seen action sequence.
Spider-Man: Far From Home has made over a billion dollars at the box office. It’s Sony Pictures highest grossing movie, and they obviously want the cash to keep rolling in, so this new cut of the film will coincide with Labor Day weekend.
It looks like this is going to be a new thing for big film releases. Avengers: Endgame did the same thing and it helped the film hit the record of highest grossing movie of all time. I imagine we are going to start seeing more and more films, like Marvel movies, get an extended cut release of the film after its main theatrical run for that little bit of extra cash.
Will you be heading to theaters again to catch Spider-Man: Far From Home‘s extended cut?
