SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME Promo Art Shows Jake Gyllenhaal's Mysterio
A lot of fans have been wondering what exactly Jake Gyllenhaal will look like as Mysterio in Spider-Man: Far From Home. Well, some promo art has surfaced in Empire Magazine and gives us our first look at what the costume will look like, minus the helmet.
It’s certainly an interesting look, and as you can see, it also teases his powers with the green glow around his hands. It’s going to be really interesting to see what the live-action version of this costume is going to look like. Check it out below and let us know what you think.
The story for this film follows Peter Parker (Tom Holland) who goes on summer vacation with his friends in Europe, and then at some point he is recruited by Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) to team up with Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) to face off with the Elementals.
The movie also stars Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, Jacob Batalon, Michael Keaton, J.B. Smoove, Samuel L. Jackson, and Numan Acar.
Jon Watts is directing the film from a script written by Erik Sommers and Chris McKenna. Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters July 5th, 2019.
