SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING Set Videos Show Spidey Taking Out a Bad Guy
A couple videos from the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming have surfaced featuring Tom Holland's Spider-Man awkwardly taking out a bad guy. Why does it look so awkward? Because Spider-Man is slinging some webs that aren't there; they won't be added in until post-production.
The Jon Watts-directed film is said to have a John Hughes kind of tone, and when previously talking about the film, Holland explained:
"It really is a homecoming for the character, because throughout the story Peter [Parker] is trying to find his true identity, and where he really belongs in this world."
The film is currently shooting in Atlanta, Georgia, and I'm hoping that Marvel will surprise fans with a little tease of footage from the film during their big panel at Comic-Con next week.
It's been a lot of fun seeing all this stuff from the set of the film. It seems like things are running smoothly. Spider-Man: Homecoming will open in regular theaters and IMAX on July 7, 2017.
Fine. 1 second should be plenty... but here is 14 seconds. pic.twitter.com/RIrGpnOoXn
