The Spider-Verse has to be one of the most gloriously chaotic storylines to ever grace the Spider-Man comics. Now with the launch of the Edge of the Spider-Verse coming this August we will get to meet what is sure to be children’s new favorite Spider-Man, Spider-Rex.

He will appear in a story written by Karla Pacheco and Pere Perez, the creative team behind Spider-Woman. The five issue limited series will also feature other characters including Araña, Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Gwen, and Spider-Man: India! With each issue containing three stories with an overarching narrative by Dan Slott.

Let’s be honest though, we’re all here to see Spider-Rex thanks to this awesome variant cover by Leinil Francis Yu. All I know is I need a poster print of this cover in my life because it is amazing.
