SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS Renewed By Nickelodeon Season 13

I’ve got exiting news for all the Spongebob SquarePants fans of the world! The animated series has been keeping kids and adults super entertained all these years and Nickelodeon is going to keep it rolling! They’ve ordered a 13-episode 13th Season and that makes me super happy.

I have no idea how long this series is going to be around for, but like most fans, I’ll take whatever I can get! The renewal comes on the heels of Spongebob’s Big Birthday Blowout, which was a live-action and animated special celebrating the 20th anniversary of Spongebob.

The series was also recently nominated for Outstanding Short Form Animated Program Emmy award for the SpongeBob SquarePants episode“Plankton Paranoia”. Nickelodeon is also planning to commemorate 20 Years of the Iconic series with a 1800 square-foot booth at Comic-Con bringing Bikini Bottom to life.

SpongeBob SquarePants season 13 will bring back the original voice cast that includes Tom Kenny (SpongeBob SquarePants), Bill Fagerbakke (Patrick Star), Rodger Bumpass (Squidward), Clancy Brown (Mr. Krabs), Carolyn Lawrence (Sandy Cheeks) and Mr. Lawrence (Plankton).

SpongeBob SquarePants was created by Stephen Hillenburg and Vince Waller and Marc Ceccarelli will continue to be the showrunners.

Are you happy to learn that Spongebob Squarepants is getting a thirteenth season?
