Square Enix Shows New Rhythm KINGDOM HEARTS Game
You know what the worst level in the history of Kingdom Hearts is? It’s Atlantia in Kingdom Hearts 2. It’s nothing but a music and rhythm mini-game, but poorly done and very annoying.
Now, Square Enix has shown fans that a new Kingdom Hearts game is on its way and its a rhythm game. I’m really not sure what to think of this. Now, the teaser for Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory was included as part of a bigger trailer for what Square Enix has planned for Kingdom Hearts fans throughout 2020 and it was all in Japanese, so I’m not really sure what was said. However, the game appears to somehow focus on Kairi and will seemingly retell at least part of the stories of the original games. Melody of Memory will be available presumably later this year for Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One.
In addition to Melody of Memory, the video showed off some footage of the upcoming mobile title Dark Road, the Kingdom Hearts III soundtrack, and some new Second Memory figures. Another things that many fans noticed that for a brief moment we’re shown a timeline labeled “Kingdom Hearts series 2nd Phase” and there are a few empty slots.
What more could be in store for fans?
