Director Bryan Singer is deep into production on his new X-Men series Gifted. To help get fans excited, the director confirmed that Stan Lee will make a cameo in the pilot episode and even shared a photo of him on the set of the series. This marks the third time that Lee has appeared in a Singer-directed Marvel project. He also appeared in X-Men and last year’s X-Men: Apocalypse. It'll be fun to see what they have him doing this time. So far my favorite cameo is the one he has in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, which you can read about here.
The series will focus on" two ordinary parents (Stephen Moyer and Amy Acker) who discover their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive."
The Gifted series also stars Natalie Alyn Lind, Percy Hynes White, Sean Teale, Blair Redford, with Jamie Chung in the role of the mutant Blink, and Natalie Alyn Lind as the mutant Polaris. I hope the series turns out good!
