Stan Lee Gives His First Video Interview Since Getting Out of the Hospital Last Night

As you may have already heard, last night Stan Lee had a little scare and ended up being rushed to the hospital due to some heart problems. Apparently, he had an irregular heartbeat. At 95-years-old fans have been bracing themselves for a moment like this. Thankfully, Stan Lee was released from the hospital shortly after being admitted and he has already given his first video interview with ABC News offering an update on how he's feeling and as you'll see, he's in good spirits.

"All I really wanna do is tell ya that I'm feeling great. I'm glad I spent that evening in the hospital. It did me a lot of good. Now I'm home and looking for new trouble to get into. You know, the usual."

He went on to joke:

"I figured that a little check-up wouldn't be bad for me and, in fact, it turned out to be pretty good 'cause it got me a lot of publicity. I didn't realize the whole world was worried about whether I was in the hospital or not."

Although he seems a little tired and less energized in the video than we're used to seeing of him, he still has his wits about him and it's good to see him cracking jokes. At the end of the video, though, he got a little more serious as he sincerely states:

"I just intend to keep doing this as long as I can."

It's good to see that he's doing ok and that he's pressing forward. You can watch the video interview below.
