Stanley Tucci Joins Jessica Biel in The Fascinating Mystery Thriller LIMETOWN
If you’re a fan of scripted podcasts, I can’t recommend Limetown enough. It is freaking amazing and it is currently in the middle of its second season. What’s more exciting is that the podcast is being adapted into a show for Facebook Watch, and today more people have been added to the cast. Kelly Jenrette, Marlee Matlin, and Stanley Tucci have all joined Jessica Biel in the adaptation. None of the roles have been announced, but I could see Tucci as Max Finlayson. Here’s a synopsis of the podcast:
“[Limetown] tells the story of Lia Haddock, a public radio journalist who seeks to unravel the mystery behind the disappearance of more than 300 people at a neuroscience research facility in Tennessee.”
Limetown will have 10 episodes in the first season and the adaptation is being written and executive produced by Zack Akers and Skip Bronkie who are the creators of the original podcast. I have high hopes for the adaptation, and cannot wait for it to be available.
