Ken Jeong and Leslie Jones Set to Lead Comedy Film OUT OF OFFICE From THE OFFICE Producers
A star-studded cast has been lined up for the Comedy Central feature film with the working title Out of Office. The comedy comes from The Office executive producers Ben Silverman and Paul Lieberstein (Toby from The Office), with Lieberstein writing and directing.
Out of Office is described as an original take on a modern workplace ensemble comedy about the blurring lines between working from home and would-be/should-be private life. The story centers on a young woman who finds that keeping her job is somehow tied to helping her boss navigate his fast-failing marriage.
It is set to star Ken Jeong, Leslie Jones, Jason Alexander, Cheri Oteri, Jay Pharoah, Milana Vayntrub, Oscar Nuñez, Paul F. Tompkins, Jim Rash, Tony Rodriguez, Emily Pendergast, Chris Gethard, Christopher Smith, Elaine Carroll, Carmen Flood, Jean St. James, Rebecca Lee, Janine Poreba, Monte Markham, Ryan Radis, and Shantira Jackson.
This cast sounds like they will have a blast making a comedy together! From comedians to SNL alumni and stars of shows like The Office and Seinfeld, this is sure to be a solid comedy classic. Stay tuned for a release date of Out of Office on Comedy Central.
