STAR WARS: AHSOKA Gets The Pitch Meeting Treatment and It's Pretty Funny
A new episode of Pitch Meeting has been released and it focuses on Lucasfilm and Dave Filoni’s most recent Star Wars series project, Ahsoka. Yeah, I did enjoy aspects of the series and the story, but the series was far from perfect and had a lot of issues, mostly with the writing, which is a shame.
Because of all the show’s faults, it’s been really easy for fans to joke around about it and take shots at it, like this recent Pitch Meeting video. It’s hard to argue with all the criticisms.
Disney continues to pump out content onto Disney Plus after massive investments into making Star Wars and Marvel streaming series a thing. They are now… a thing.
Ahsoka starring Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano has now been released, and it exists! Ahsoka definitely raises some questions. Like are lightsabers even dangerous anymore? Does everyone just have a bunch of force powers? Is Thrawn really a tactical genius? What was the point of this being eight episodes?
