STAR WARS CELEBRATION Panel Updates - THE MANDALORIAN, OBI-WAN KENOBI, ANDOR, Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni and More!
Star Wars Celebration is set to will kick off on Thursday, May 26th, with an exciting panel that will feature Lucasfilm's current roster of live-action filmmakers and some other special guests. They will come together to discuss the upcoming Star Wars projects including Obi-Wan Kenobi, Andor, and The Mandalorian.
There have been rumors that the first trailer for Andor will premiere during this panel. This is a series that a lot of fans don’t seem too excited about, but that might change after the trailer is released.
It was also revealed that on Saturday, May 28th, there's a "Mando+ : A Conversation with Jon Favreau & Dave Filoni" panel taking place. This will be the first Star Wars Celebration appearance for Favreau and Filoni since the premiere of The Mandalorian. That panel will look back at the first two seasons of the show and what comes next for Din Djarin and Grogu.
On Sunday, May 29, join host David Collins as he invites Star Wars: The Bad Batch executive producers Brad Rau and Jen Corbett - who also serve as supervising director and head writer, respectively, — story editor Matt Michnovetz, and actors Dee Bradley Baker (the Bad Batch) and Michelle Ang (Omega) to discuss highlights from the first season of the acclaimed series as well as some exciting hints of what’s to come in Season 2!
Some additional celebrity guests have been announced for the event, including Giancarlo Esposito, Joonas Suotamo, Daniel Logan, Katee Sackhoff, Carl Weathers, Emily Swallow, Michelle Ang, and more.
