The 2004 documentary Empire of Dreams: The Story of the Star Wars Trilogy is available to watch online. When it originally aired on A&E, they cut an hour, so if you watched it on TV, you missed a big chunk. The full 2.5 hours was posted on Youtube in 2012, but we're just discovering it now.
