STAR WARS Expanded Universe Characters Tag and Bink to Appear in HAN SOLO Movie
Ron Howard continues to tease fans with nuggets of information from the set of the upcoming Han Solo Spinoff. His latest tease comes in the form of a photo of himself standing with two imperial officers with the caption #tagandbink?

If you don't get the reference I'll explain. Tag and Bink are the main characters in a series of non-canon comic books that spoof Star Wars, they are by Kevin Rubio. But now, thanks to Han Solo writer Jon Kasdan the pair seem to have shed the "non-canon" classification. He confirmed their appearence via twitter.
Thank You, Kevin. I'm a huge fan and I had to get 'em in there, and then had to play it myself (with Toby Hefferman) to do it justice

Kasdan is even going as far as playing one of the characters, with Toby Hefferman as the other.
In the comics Tag and Bink weaved in and out of the lives of Anakin, Boba Fett, Lando, and more. They usually attracted trouble along the way, seem like the perfect character types to be found in a Han Solo movie.
There is no word just how much we'll see Tag and Bink in the movie, but I think its safe to say the best we'll get is a brief conversation with the pair, and the worst will be a cameo in the background. Regardless it will be a lot of fun to see the names Tag and Bink in the credits.
What do you think about Tag and Bink making their debut in the official Star Wars Universe?
