STAR WARS Gets a TRUE DETECTIVE-Style Opening Credits Sequence

I missed last night's season two finale of True Detective (no spoilers in the comments, please!), but with very, very few exceptions, I've found this season to be incredibly disappointing. The writing just isn't nearly as good as it was in the show's legendary first season, and Vince Vaughn can't spout Nic Pizzolatto's ridiculous dialogue in the same way that Matthew McConaughey could, where he could actually make it sound sort of poetic instead of just unrealistic.

Personally, I wasn't even a big fan of this season's opening credits because I don't care for the song they chose this time around, but the show definitely has some cool visuals during its opening credits sequence, and now Star Wars Minute has created a mashup that jacks that style and replaces Colin Farrell, Rachel McAdams, and company with Star Wars-related actors and images.
