STAR WARS Gets New Figures Announced at Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest
Fans of Star Wars toys received a number of exciting announcements during the recent Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest event. All of the items are available through Hasbro Pulse and other retailers unless otherwise noted. Let’s talk about the Vintage Collection first. As part of the Gaming Greats sub-category, 4 new figures were announced for the 3.75” line. We have the Shock Scout Trooper, Shadow Stormtrooper, Heavy Battle Droid, and Electrostaff Purge Trooper (GameStop) releasing this summer for $14.99 each.
Then, in the fall we’re getting Luke Skywalker (Hoth), Admiral Ackbar, Emperor’s Royal Guard, and Han Solo (Endor) releasing for $12.99 each. There’s also the Antoc Merrick X-Wing Fighter (Target in the US and Toys-R-Us in Canada) releasing for $99.99.
The Black Series, the 6” figures, also got a number of announcements. This fall, fans will be able to grab Tech from The Bad Batch, Q9-0 from The Mandalorian, Aurra Sing from The Clone Wars, Koska Reeves from The Mandalorian, and General Lando Calrissian from Return of the Jedi. These figures are really cool and great for collectors to enjoy. The figures will cost $22.99 each.
The Black Series is also getting a new accessory. Fans will be able to grab the Wedge Antilles Battle Simulation Helmet. You can wear a helmet based on the famous pilot with interior padding, electronic lights, and sound effects. You can choose to have the lights and sounds simulate the Battle of Yavin or the Battle of Hoth with a flick of the switch. I love these helmets.
