STAR WARS REBELS: Final Character Reveal - Hera

Thanks to EW, we get to meet the seventh and final major new character in Disney XD’s Star Wars Rebels. The character is a Twi’lek named Hera Syndulla, pilot and leader of the rebel Ghost crew. She is played by actress Vanessa Marshall, who voiced Wonder Woman in Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox and Black Canary in the Young Justice series.

Expect to see these new characters and other familiar faces this fall. 

Hera is the heart of the Ghost crew from Star Wars Rebels. The Twi'lek is an ace pilot, able fighter, and is revealed to fans in this behind-the-scenes video featuring creator interviews, character sketches, and animation previews. Hera is voiced by Vanessa Marshall, and is an especially gifted pilot.

Star Wars Rebels takes place between Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope, which spans about two decades. The animated series is set "in a time where the Empire is securing its grip on the galaxy and hunting down the last of the Jedi Knights as a fledgling rebellion against the Empire is taking shape."
