Exciting STAR WARS RESISTANCE Mid-Season Trailer Released and Series Gets Renewed For Season 2!
The second half of Lucasfilm’s Star Wars Resistance Season 1 will start back up on Sunday, January 13th. As that date draws near, we have a new trailer to share with you to get you excited!
One of the cool highlights of the trailer is the appearance of General Hux (Domhnall Gleeson) giving his big dramatic speech from The Force Awakens. It’s interesting that the series is now running parallel with the events of The Force Awakens. The series started out six months prior to those events but they sure caught up fast!
I’ve enjoyed the series so far, and it looks like the second half of the season is going to be fun. The series isn’t as good as Clone Wars or Rebels, but it’s still enjoyable. If you’re a fan of the series, you’ll also be happy to learn that it’s been renewed for a second season!
According to StarWars.com, Season 2 will arrive in the fall of 2019. The series follows Kazuda Xiono (“Kaz”), a young pilot recruited by the Resistance for a top-secret mission to spy on the growing threat of the First Order.
