Stephen Curry and Will Arnett Developing THE SECOND HALF NBA Comedy at Fox

Actor Will Arnett (Arrested Development, BoJack Horseman) and Golden State Warriors basketball player Stephen Curry have begun work on an NBA comedy series at Fox entitled The Second Half. The network has given a script order to the series, and Variety gives us the following description:

The Second Half takes a “humorous look” at a retired NBA player who moves back home to Charlotte, buys a car wash and struggles to reconnect with his father, daughter, ex-girlfriend, and childhood best friend.

Sean Clemens will pen the script, and Arnett and Curry will executive produce. This sounds like a fun series, and it’s cool that Curry will be a part of it to lend some authenticity. I love sports comedies, so I am down to check it out. How about you?
