Stephen Graham Set to Star in PEAKY BLINDERS Movie
Stephen Graham has revealed that he is also set to star in Steven Knight’s Peaky Blinders movie. Graham didn’t elaborate on his role in the story, but he did play the character Hayden Stagg in the sixth and final season of the series.
Graham joins a great ensemble cast that includes Cillian Murphy, Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth, and Barry Keoghan. Knight recently discussed the “mindblowing” cast noting that the film is “set in the Second World War and it’s really good.”
Knight previously talked about the film, saying: “The film, I know exactly what it’s about. And I know what two stories it’s going to tell. What will happen after that, I want that to depend on the film. For all we know somebody is going to pop out – I think I know who it’s going to be.”
I’ve enjoyed Graham’s work ever since seeing him in Guy Ritchie’s Snatch. He’s come a long way since then as an actor and has gotten the opportunity to play some great characters over the course of his career. I’m happy to see that he’s joined the Peaky Blinders movie.
