Stephen King and J.J. Abrams Developing a New Horror Anthology Series TINY HORRORS

Stephen King and J.J. Abrams are teaming up again for a possible new horror anthology project they are developing titled Tiny Horrors. King shared the news during a panel for their latest collaboration, which is a series adaptation of Lisey’s Story, starring Julianne Moore. King said:

“I talked with JJ Abrams a lot about a possible anthology series of tiny horrors. We got really down and dirty about it and talked about things that were really, really scary.”

There are no other details beyond that, but King has certainly enjoyed his working relationship with Abrams. The two have also collaborated on Hulu’s 11.22.63 and Castle Rock. Lisey’s Story will be coming to Apple TV+. They are also developing The Overlook for HBO Max. King went on to say:

“I’ve got a creative relationship with J.J. Abrams that goes back to ‘Lost,’ when Entertainment Weekly put us together and we had a talk about that show. A bunch of us went out and saw a scary movie and I’ve been in touch with JJ since then.

“They’ve got a great organization, and they give great Christmas presents at the end of the year. I love working with them. It’s been a great relationship.”

Well, hopefully something happens with this Tiny Horrors anthology series! I’ve enjoyed everything that King and Abrams have worked on together so far!
