Steve Martin and Martin Short Have a Comedy Special Coming to Netflix!
I am a huge fan of Steve Martin. He's one of my all-time favorite comedians so I was excited to learn that he has teamed up with Martin Short to give us a comedy special on Netflix. The special is being called Steve Martin and Martin Short: An Evening You Will Forget For The Rest Of Your Life.
I know Martin and Short's comedy style isn't for everyone, but I love how wacky and wild they get! What I like most about them is that their comedy is timeless. Martin released a video on Twitter that you can watch below in which they amusingly announce the show.
Martin and Short filmed the special at the Peace Center in Greenville, South Carolina while on their ongoing national tour. So for fans who aren’t able to see the two comedians live, they have this feature to look forward to and more. The special will have all-new material that viewers will enjoy in the form of musical sketches and conversations about their storied careers. Expect the wildest exchanges that encompass their lives in the topsy-turvy worlds of showbiz and stand-up.
The special was directed by Marcus Raboy and it will feature a soundtrack by Grammy Award-winning bluegrass band The Steep Canyon Rangers and renowned jazz pianist and Jimmy Kimmel Live band member Jeff Babko.
I can't wait to see what kind of craziness these two comedians deliver in this special!
