Stop-Motion Movie Made Entirely From Rubik's Cubes
We've featured a ton of stop-motion videos here in the past, but I've never seen one quite like this before. Joe Penna (better known in some circles as "MysteryGuitarMan") and his team have made a short film about a pair of robots who fall in love, but the catch is that the entire story is told using mini Rubik's cubes — 1,296 of them, to be exact. They had to be solved 960 times in order to create the proper backgrounds necessary to make the short.
People are finding unique ways to tell stories all the time, but any time I see something truly original like this, it always gets me excited about what else might be out there that hasn't been done yet. I love to see people pushing the boundaries of storytelling. Check this out and let us know what you think below.
