Stunning Full Trailer For STAR TREK: PICARD Will Fill You With Joy and Excitement; Surprising Casting Revealed!
The first full trailer for Star Trek: Picard was screening during the show’s big Hall H panel at Comic-Con, and it blew the crowd away! The trailer was filled with some pretty big surprises that I didn’t see coming, and they just excited the hell out of me! I don’t want to ruin them for you before you watch the trailer, so I’ll restrain myself, but the trailer is sure to fill Star Trek fans with joy and excitement! I will talk about it below the trailer, though!
The trailer all offers us our first details of the story. Picard’s next adventure is put into motion when he is tracked down by a young woman who is drawn to him, and he takes her under his wing to help her. This takes him on a new glorious adventure that I cannot wait to experience!
As you saw in the trailer, the Patrick Stewart-led CBS All Access series will also star Star Trek veterans Brent Spiner, Jonathan Del Arco, Jonathan Frakes, and Star Trek: Voyager‘s Jeri Ryan! How freakin’ cool is that!? Spiner played Lieutenant Commander Data, the first and only such being to ever enter Starfleet, Del Arco played Hugh the Borg, who was originally brought to the Enterprise-D for medical attention by Dr. Beverly Crusher despite protest from Captain Picard. Ryan played Seven of Nine on Voyager, a former Borg drone who joined the crew of the Federation starship Voyager.
They join the previously cast Alison Pill (The Newsroom), Harry Treadaway (Mr. Mercedes, Penny Dreadful), Isa Briones (American Crime Story: Versace), Santiago Cabrera (Salvation), Evan Evagora, and Michelle Hurd (Blindspot).
