If you’re a fan of Star Wars I’ve got an awesome treat for you today! YouTube user and Star Wars fan FXitinPost has reimagined the climatic lightsaber duel between Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi in A New Hope.
When I started watching this I had no idea what to expect, but as it played it ended up turning out to seriously be one of the greatest fan-made Star Wars videos that has been made. What this fan accomplished is incredibly stunning!
It really does a great job of building the emotion up between these two legendary Star Wars characters as they battle each other. On top of that, the fight sequence and the way it plays out within the original shots of the film is pretty spectacular. After I watched it, it left me in awe.
Had audiences seen this duel play out like this in 1977, it would have melted brains.
