STX Picks Up Daniel Radcliffe and Anya Taylor Joy's PLAYMOBIL: THE MOVIE
Playmobil: The Movie is an upcoming animated film that I’m hesitant and optimistic about. On the surface, it looks like a rip-off of The LEGO Movie. However, it could be much more. Well, STXfilms has recently picked up the domestic distribution rights for the film from On Animation Studios which means they must see something in it, right?

Through their vibrant adventure, Marla and Charlie realize that no matter how life plays out, you can achieve anything when you believe in yourself!”
The film has an impressive cast consisting of Gabriel Bateman, Jim Gaffigan, Anya Taylor Joy, Adam Lambert, Daniel Radcliffe, Kenan Thompson, and Meghan Trainor. Also, Lino DiSalvo is directing it. No release date has been given for the U.S., but it is expected to drop later this year. Do you think this film has a chance?
